Guest house with sea view - 100 m from the water

(The ad is a work in progress, and we are in the process of preparing the cabin for rental for the first time.

Cozy guest house in garden - with sunny, furnished patio.

100 meters to the water and private jetty, 300 meters to the sandy beach and bathing jetty.
500 meters to Trummenäs Pier, where you can take a ferry (Trummenäspendeln) to Karlskrona in 20 minutes.

Walking distance to miniature golf, padel courts and Trummenäs Golf course, which has a restaurant.

The area - consisting of summer houses and villas, farms and a golf course - is great for walking or running.

The cabin has 2 bedrooms. One room with a smaller double bed (140 cm/55 inches) and a smaller room with a bunk bed. The sofa in the living room is a sofa bed.

Open plan living room with dining area and kitchen. In the living room there is A/C and a TV.

The kitchen area has a fridge and freezer, stove, oven and microwave, coffee machine (Nespresso) and coffee maker (no dishwasher).

The bathroom (which is quite small), has a shower, toilet and sink.

The cabin and the interior are somewhat older, but in good condition.

On the patio there is a corner sofa and table, dining table and chairs, parasol and grill (electric).

There is also a main building on the plot, where one person lives - my 83-year-old father-in-law.
He is available if needed, but will otherwise offer you privacy. As your host, I am your main contact person.

Unfortunately, there is no washing machine in the guest house, but there is the possibility of using a washing machine in the main building (agreed in advance). There is a drying rack in the garden.

Sheets and towels are included. We charge a cleaning fee.

Well trained dogs that do not bark, and are not left alone, are welcome!

The place is best suited for adults - singles, 2-3 friends, or couples who are ok with sharing a 140 cm bed.
