Cozy and spacious house, Värmdö

Welcome and stay in the main building at Kolvikens gård in Stockholm archipelago! Spacious and fresh house with a lot of feeling and atmosphere, surrounded by lawns and shady deciduous trees, in a scenic and peaceful environment with only 100 meters down to the water. Also suitable for a slightly larger family.
For the children there is a trampoline, a grass field with a soccer goal and a playhouse.
In the south-facing bay below you will find 3 jetties and 2 small child-friendly beaches. There is also a cozy wooden heated sauna that is available to book. Despite the quiet and rural surroundings, it only takes about 45 minutes to get to Stockholm City by car. It is also possible to get to Stockholm by bus, the stop is only 200 mts from the house.

The house has 3 separate bedrooms with seven possible berths, and extra mattresses can be arranged. On the lower floor there is a large country kitchen with dining area, fully equipped with a cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a practical utility room with a washing machine, dryer and drying cabinet, a living room and a bedroom.
Upstairs there are two separate bedrooms and a TV room. On each floor there is a bathroom with a toilet and shower.

The back of the house has a gazebo with garden furniture and a charcoal grill. The balcony facing the water is a perfect place to have breakfast or drink evening tea.

We have two smaller boats and a few bicycles that we are happy to lend to our guests. High chair and cot are also available to borrow.
