Cozy summer house along the Skåne coast in Smygeha

We are pleased to offer our summer house for rent in the cozy and charming Smygehamn. The house is located in a sheltered location, and the sea is only 300 meters away. Perfect for enjoying beach life and lazy days in the garden or relaxing walks between Skåne's beautiful fields.

Within walking distance you will find Smygehus Havsbad with a beautiful beach strip and a bathing jetty. The area also offers several good restaurants and cafes, an inn and both an Ica Nära and a Coop. For those who want to explore by car, the famous Hörte Brygga, Hallongården for self-picking and Restaurant Pillehill are within 30 minutes. In addition, idyllic Ystad is not far away.

For those who love to vary their beach visits, there are several beaches to choose from. And for the restless, there is a golf course, tennis, and football-basketball court nearby. Charging points for electric cars are available at Smygehus Havsbad, in the harbor and at Östra Torps church, all within walking distance.

Our house has a cozy garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, perfect for summer evenings. The house is spread over two floors and consists of three bedrooms with a total of eight beds, including a bunk bed and a sofa bed in the living room for two extra beds. The main house has a bathroom with shower and toilet, and on the plot there is an additional building with shower, toilet and washing machine.

Downstairs there is a spacious sofa, armchair and TV, as well as a dining area with space for up to eight people. The spacious kitchen is equipped with a fridge and freezer, oven and microwave. We also offer two adult bicycles and a children's bicycle for exploring the area. Sun loungers are available to take to the beach.

Final cleaning can be purchased for 1,500 SEK. Please note that you must bring your own sheets and towels. Guests are expected to clean before departure. Smoking is prohibited indoors and the house may not be used for parties. A deposit of 3,000 SEK is returned after the rental period, provided that no damage has occurred and that all movables are intact.

Changeover takes place on Sundays. Access from 3 pm and departure no later than 11 am, unless otherwise agreed.
