This brand-new small cottage, Lingonriset, offers a bright and fresh interior with high ceilings, an open-plan layout, and well-planned spaces. The cottage is surrounded by a beautiful forest where you can pick blueberries and mushrooms in the fall, while the area invites you to enjoy lovely walks all year round. For those longing for the sea, the harbor and ocean are only 1.5 km away, perfect for a morning swim or a peaceful moment by the water.

The accommodation can host up to 4 people, divided into two bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine (note: to be installed in summer 2025), as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. The open-plan living room features a comfortable sofa and TV, creating a cozy atmosphere. From the cottage, you have easy access to nature and the spacious terrace, where you can enjoy the tranquility. A perfect place for a relaxing holiday.

The Beach
A short walk from the harbor takes you to Kungsviken’s beach, which offers shallow waters for children as well as piers and a diving tower for those who prefer deeper waters. In the summer, swimming and sailing lessons are also held here.

Restaurants, Shops & Stores
At Fröken Trulls, there is plenty to discover, including a restaurant, a garden center, and an antique shop. A paddle tennis court is also available for booking.

In Henån, 7 km from the house, you will find everything you need: several restaurants, an ICA grocery store, a playground, a fish market, bicycle rentals, and a library, among other amenities. Henån’s guest harbor also has a cozy kiosk serving ice cream from Lejonet & Björnen, along with SUP and boat rentals.
