Our newly renovated cottage in Lindhaga is surrounded by lush forest, giving you total privacy and tranquility. Just about 50 meters from the house lies a lovely, shallow lake with a charming jetty – perfect for refreshing dips on warm summer days. Here, you can truly unwind, enjoy the peace, or create wonderful memories with your family.

The cottage is also the perfect starting point for exploring beautiful Skåne. There’s room for a total of 8 guests in double beds (including one sofa bed), 1 guest in a single bed (80 cm), plus two extra mattresses available if needed.

🍳 Kitchen:
Our newly renovated kitchen is bright, fresh, and fully equipped – perfect for cozy dinners with family and friends. Here you'll find a refrigerator and freezer (the freezer located in an adjacent room), dishwasher, microwave, induction stove, convection oven, and kitchen fan. The floor is beautiful white-painted pine. From the kitchen, you'll have access to the conservatory through a terrace door, and there's an open entryway to the middle room.

🛋️ Living room/dining room:
In the heart of the cottage, you'll find our spacious combined dining and living room – ideal for gatherings. The dining area offers a large table (10–12 seats), a display cabinet, and a fireplace. A terrace door leads directly to the deck. The living room area is one step up, featuring a generous corner sofa, TV, and Apple TV. Air conditioning is available if needed during hot summer days.

🛌 Bedroom 1:
Double bed (180 cm), TV, and Apple TV. Heat pump (heating during winter, A/C in summer for a fee). Doors lead to the middle room and conservatory (which then leads to the kitchen).

Double bed (180 cm) and Smart TV.

🚪 Middle room:
A walk-through room connecting the kitchen and bedrooms, with a sofa bed extending to a 160 cm-wide bed. Doors connect to both bedrooms, open entryway towards the kitchen, and a charming stable window facing the dining/living room.

🚿 Bathroom:
Bright, spacious, newly renovated bathroom with shower, WC, and combined washer/dryer.

👟 Hallway:
Practical entrance hall with a cleaning closet and ample space for shoes and outerwear.

🌷 Conservatory:
Lovely conservatory (approx. 21 sqm) equipped with a gas heater (bring your own gas, PC5, available for purchase in Höör). There's also a seating area here and direct access to the garden.

🌳 Garden & outdoor areas:
Our spacious garden (approx. 1500 sqm) offers several cozy seating areas, a magical forest at the back, and a small bridge perfect for children's adventures. From the living room, you’ll reach the terrace (partially covered) featuring lounge furniture and an outdoor dining set. A kettle grill (41 cm) is ready for barbecue evenings.

🏡 Guest house:
Charming guest house with a double bed (160 cm) and a single bed (80 cm with a 90 cm mattress topper). The guest house has its own entrance through a terrace door.

Here at our cottage, there's plenty of space for socializing both indoors and outdoors. In summer, you can choose from multiple cozy spots in the garden to gather, unwind, and enjoy the tranquility. We truly hope you'll feel as comfortable and happy here as we do – whether you prefer exploring the forest, swimming, mushroom picking, or simply relaxing with a good book. GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE ARRIVAL:
🕒 Check-in from 15:00, check-out no later than 11:00. (Prefer other times? Just ask; we always strive to be flexible!)
💸 Deposit: A deposit of 2,000 SEK is required at booking and will naturally be refunded after your stay, provided the house is left in good condition. We care deeply about keeping our home cozy and inviting for all guests and thank you in advance for taking good care of it during your stay! 🌿✨
🐾 Pets are not allowed (due to allergies). Smoking indoors is also prohibited.
🧹 Cleaning: Final cleaning is your responsibility, not included but available for 1,000 SEK. (Please remove all garbage before departure.)
🛏️ Bed linen and towels: Available for rent at 100 SEK/person.
🔌 Electric car charger available (extra fee).
🔥 Gas heater in conservatory: Bring your own gas (gas cylinder PC5, purchased in Höör).
