There are three bedrooms, including the basement, a fully equipped kitchen with a wood stove (as well as a regular stove), a living room with a fireplace, TV, and a sofa bed, a toilet with a sit-down shower, and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine.

The house comes with a large garden with a lawn, outdoor furniture, a trampoline, swings, and a slide. About an 8-minute walk to a secluded place to swim in the sea and just 2 minutes to a beautiful forest with trails along the water, perfect for walking or running.

Öland is known for its stunning nature and many excursion opportunities. You’ll be close to hiking on the world heritage Alvaret, visiting historical sites, Borgholm, and charming villages. Popular birdwatching areas such as Ottenby and Beijershamn are nearby in southern Öland.
