Guest cabin on the property:Space for 2 people on a sofa bed (140x200 cm), approx. 10 m² with a retro vibe. Electricity is available.

- Kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer. Large dining table for at least 8 people and a kitchen bench.
- Fully equipped for cooking and dining: glasses, plates, cutlery, frying pans, and other kitchen utensils for at least 8 people.
- Bathroom with toilet, sink, shower, and water heater.
- Living room with sofa set, table, and chairs.
- Broadband via fiber is installed.
- TV (no subscription).
- Outdoor seating area with approx. 10 seats.
- Charcoal grill. A small amount of charcoal/briquettes is provided by the host.
- Baby crib available. Currently, there’s no other baby equipment available.

Rental Terms:
Rental period:Weekly (Sunday–Sunday), every year from May to September. Multiple weeks can be booked.
Changeover day: Usually Sundays, but may be flexible upon request.
Rental cost: 12,000 SEK per week. A refundable security deposit is added to this amount, see below.
Security deposit: 2,000 SEK to cover potential damages/losses not covered by tenant’s insurance, and for cleaning beyond normal use. Charged with the final payment and refunded within 7 days after the stay, following approved inspection.
Cleaning: Cleaning before and after the stay is included, but please help keep the cottage tidy during your visit. Household waste sorting applies.
Insurance: The tenant is responsible for their own home insurance.
Booking terms: A prepayment of 20% of the rental amount is required as soon as the booking dates are confirmed by the landlord. The booking then becomes binding, and this amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation. The remaining amount, including the security deposit, must be paid no later than 45 days before the start of the rental period.
Cancellation: Must be made in writing via email to: [Filtered email].
For cancellations made 16–30 days before arrival, 50% of the total rental cost is refunded.
For cancellations 15 days or less before the stay, no refund will be given.
Check-in: Sunday from 4:00 PM
Check-out: Sunday no later than 11:00 AM
Children: Welcome when accompanied by an adult.
Pets: Allowed, but please bring your own blankets to protect furniture.
Smoking: Not permitted.
-Bed linen: Please bring your own sheets and towels for showering/bathing.
Other: Kitchen towels, dish soap, hand soap, and toilet paper are provided. Heating is via direct electric heaters.
