Log house with a view

Log house of 100 m2 at the top of the village. Nice view of beautiful farms, Lake Byviken, surrounding mountains and forests. A genuine feeling in the house with modern décor and practical facilities such as washing machine and dishwasher. WIFI
Some facts about the house: Newly built large terrace with generous area for dinner in the evening sun. Bedroom 1 has a full-size double bed, 200x180, and a patio door out to the terrace. Open loft, bedroom 2, accessible by ladder, with a 140-bed and a 90-bed. Big screen w Chromecast/projector for Netflix etc. Bedroom 3 is two tarr beds suitable for children (bed size 80x180) The bathroom has a sauna, toilet, shower and a whirlpool bath. Airy living room with open to ridge with views of lake and mountains. A sofa group with a sofa bed for extra beds. (Bed size 160x200) Air source heat pump/AC. Underfloor heating in bathroom, hallway, bedroom, laundry room and living room. Accessible patio with dining table and chairs for eight people. Nice grassy slope in front of the main entrance.

In the summer, accommodation is offered with four extra beds (Bedroom 4) in the so-called herb (with only a simple electric radiator). Guests have access to the entire house, but we have closets and drawers that are private. Other things to note: The lawn mower robot is out on a schedule. It won't take into account small things that are in its way, so make sure not to leave things on the short-cut surface these days. If it gets stuck somewhere, lift the lid, enter code 1202 and press Start again. If the grass doesn't need to be cut, just turn it off so you don't have to bother. But feel free to turn it on when you leave. The ceiling height in the bathroom is only 195 cm. In winter, bedroom 4, the manor, is closed. This means that sleeping places are available in bedrooms 1-3 in the large house described above.
