Waterfront Villa in Vaxholm, ground floor

A holiday home in a villa with private pier - central located in
Vaxholm, Stockholms archipelago, only 30 minutes by car from stockholm.

A large living room, dinning room, a fully equiped kitchen, a shower room and two separate bedrooms. One bedroom have 2 single beds together as a double bed and one bedroom have 2 single beds together as a double bed plus a bunk bed. All 6 beds are 90x200cm. There is also a cot and high chair in the holidy home.

A large terrace (30 m2) connecting to the living room on the south side with a splendid view of the bay belongs to the holiday home. And a playhouse and a trampoline in the garden.

A rowing-boat with 4 hp motor is available summer time (June-August) as well as life jackets in different size.

Free parking outside the house.
30 minutes by car to Stockholm.

Walking distances
5 minutes to Ica Supermarket (open 7:00-22:00 every day).
3 minutes to a beach.
3 minutes to bus stop. (40 minutes by bus to Stockholm)
10 minutes to Vaxholm centre, port (45 minutes by ferry to Stockholm and many ferries to Stockholms archipelago summer time)

Arrival and departure on Sundays.
Bed linen and towels can be ordered for SEK 100 per person.
Final cleaning is included during summer peak season and can be ordered during off-season.
Deposit of SEK 1.000 or EUR 100, payable upon arrival.

Großartig gelegene Wohnung, mit einzigartigem Ausblick. Super gelegen, um mit Öffis, Auto oder Boot sowohl Stockholm, als auch die Schären zu erkunden. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Super sauber. Viel Platz. Ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Zu empfehlen!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Joakim and Johanna's property. The property is very nicely located near Vaxholm's city center and the view from the apartment is stunning! The garden is spacious (you have to share with other tenants) with a very nice pier. The apartment offers all you need for a relaxing holiday. The kitchen is fully equipped with well maintained appliances what makes holiday life much easier. The hosts Johanna and Joakim are fantastic! What I really liked was their desire to make sure you have the best stay ever! Will definitely return.

Lovely holiday in Joakim and Johanna’s apartment (it is advertised as ground floor but has the big terrace so looks like the middle floor from the back). We are a family of 5 with 3 big children comfortable in their room, a spacious living room and simple fresh master bedroom. The clincher is the location: beautiful views from all rooms (except the kitchen/dining) of the sea /archipelago, sunshine on the terrace in the morning, a little supermarket 5 mins walk, and 10 mins walk to the vaxholm harbour where the boats leave either for Stockholm or to the outer archipelago. You can also catch a 40 minute bus into Stockholm from 5 minutes away. We most enjoyed using Joakim’s little guest motor boat and discovering little beaches and islands. Joakim and Johanna were welcoming and helpful. Thankyou!

Es war ein Traumurlaub! Die Unterkunft gefiel uns sehr gut. Einen sehr netten Kontakt hatten wir bereits per Mail mit den Vermietern. Die Lage ist absolut spitze. Alles erreicht man mit dem Schiff. Stockholm sowie wunderschöne Inseln kann man so erreichen. Wir fühlten uns wie Michel, Pippi und die Kinder auf Saltkrokan ala Astrid Lindgren. Jederzeit wieder!!!! :-)

Wir waren begeistert! Die Vermieter waren immer da, um zu helfen (Angeln, Boot, Tipps, zum Hafen fahren mit Gepäck) und dann doch gleichzeitig doch immer ganz zurückhaltend. Die Wohnung ist sensationell ausgestattet und ist irgendwie noch grösser und der Blick auf die See ist schöner als man von den Photos erahnen kann. Ein Geheimtipp!
