Cottage with sea views

Our house /cottage named THE SEA.

Ventlinge is located about 10km from the southern tip of Öland, (Ottenby and Lange Jan.)

The first rental year was in 2008.
The cottage is about 75m2 and a terrace of about 22 m2, with an incredibly beautiful sea and sunset view (500 - 600m to the sea).
In the cottage you can stay up to 8 people.) This is a smoke and animal free cottage do to our gest with allergy.
The cottage has three bedrooms and kitchen / family room. WC & Shower. The cottage is of very high standard. For example. is AC / conditioner as an option.

The cottage is winterized so we rent throughout the year.
Perfect if you play golf or just want to get away from a stressful day
and want some peace and quiet.

The kitchen and the living room is a single large lovely common room. Where you will find the kitchen, breakfast furniture and cozy sitting area with television.

The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need such as for example, stove, fridge and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker with more.

There are 3 bedrooms with 2 real spring-beds in each room. There are two slightly larger bedroom and a little smaller.
You also have a bed sofa in the living room with space for 2 persons.

The toilet is decorated with tiles and floor tiles. Underfloor heating and electric towel rail.
There are both WC & Shower. Here you will also find a washing machine.

The deck is adjacent to the living room. Youll also find outdoor furniture and barbecue there. Two stair steps you are down on the grass.
There is WiFi in the house and Smart-TV and ca 50 TV-channels.
There is a chargestation for 2 electrik cars (2*17KW).

You also have access to our large beautiful lawn of about 6000m2.

At any picture you can see a glimpse of another house. There is no house that is decorated to live in. It is owned by one who is not here at all frequently. Those times are few.
The yellow house is visible on any of the photos is our house. This cottage is located just behind our house. Its like living neighbors because it is so large plot.


Final cleaning and AC / conditioner can be purchased if desired.
