Family friendly apartments with pool near the sea

Just a 2 km from Stenshuvuds beautiful beaches, lies this thatched half-timbered farmhouse nestled in an apple orchard and with a stunning view of Österlens rolling countryside.be

The kids love this place! Perfect for families, undisturbed with 7000m2 garden and at least 200 meters to the nearest road.

A footpath leads from the farm down to Stenshuvuds white sandy beach which stretches south towards Vik.

This year we also serve real napoletan pizza from our wood fired oven.

In one wing of the half-timbered house one finds Apartment 2 - with all rooms on the ground floor. The apartment is spacious with two bedrooms and come with a fully equipped kitchen.

The master bedroom has a double bed overlooking the garden and meadow , and if necessary, a bed / cot set.

The small bedroom has two single beds.

Both bedrooms have wardrobes with plenty of space.

The large kitchen comes with a new stove with four burners and oven and also a big fridge with freezer on the bottom. The bathroom with toilet, sink and shower has floor heating.

The apartment is facing the flower-decked courtyard.

Apartment 1 is identical to Apartment 2, except that in Apartment 1, the large bedroom is located on the second floor and the kitchen, living room and bathroom on the ground floor. There is also a small bedroom with a single bed on the ground floor.

The apartments have a private patio with garden furniture both in the courtyard and in the park.

Directions:
From the South: Take Route 9 to Kristianstad. From the north, Route 9 toward Kivik. Turn towards Nationalpark Stenshuvud and turn right after 900 meters, at the road sign for Kastanjegården.
