Wonderful house with sea views in Bohuslän

Lovely and comfortable house with three bedrooms close to the see in Skärhamn.

Fresh and homely year-round house of 150 square meters on two floors.
The house is located in the northern part of Skärhamn on the island of Tjörn and has a large outdoor deck with many opportunities for recreation and proximity to a vibrant community with a large marina, restaurants and a popular watercolor museum.
BAD
In bath slippers and bathrobe, you can walk 50 meters to take a morning dip where there is deep water. In 5 min. walking distance there is a swimming area for children with a jumping tower and pool for the little ones. At the Watercolor Museum there is a very nice swimming area with large lawns and a beach for children and adults with a volleyball court.
THE HOUSE AND ROOMS
In front of the house there is a 150 square meter terrace with a fence around with outdoor furniture and a small gazebo.
The house has 3 bedrooms. One is located on the first floor with patio door directly out to the terrace and has two beds standing next to each other. The room has an additional bed, wardrobes and a desk.
On the first floor there is a large living room that is connected to the kitchen. There are two doors to the terrace, one from the kitchen and one from the room. There is also a shower and toilet and utility room with washing machine and dryer.
UPSTAIRS
Upstairs there are 2 more bedrooms one with a double bed and the other which is slightly smaller with a sofa bed and a bed that is 1.20 wide.
Upstairs there is also a cozy living room with comfortable seating, balcony and bathroom. There is also a large TV with DVD player.

The house is hypoallergenic and non-smoking and we can unfortunately not allow pets.
The house is suitable for 4 people (max 6 people including children)
Sheets and towels are not included in the rent.

SERVIC
ICA Nordevik in Skärhamn is a very well-stocked and good supermarket with many delicacies open 7:00 a.m. to 22:00 every day of the year.
In Skarhamn are also many summer open galleries and a nice Watercolour Museum with restaurant which is open year round.

Directions:
Follow signs Stenungsund and Skärhamn. From Strandvägen below the church is a road to the north KÄLLSTÅNGEN. Follow the road until it ends. There is a large parking place with a view of Skärhamn. Hold and call me and Ill come and meet you.
