A classic limestone house from the 18th century, located on a height

with nature on your doorstep. Modern standard, everything in great shape. Two all tiled bathrooms.

Spacious and children friendly garden with garden furniture, tree hut and hammock for the children.

The house is located right outside of the village Garda with about 10 minutes to Ljugarn and to Visby 45 minutes by car.

The dwelling consists of kitchen with dining area, living room with a fireplace, conservatory/dining room with large dining table together with a sofa, one bedroom with four berths (two in bunk bed), one bedroom with one berth and one bedroom with two berths + sofa bed with two berths. The attic room has one double bed and two single beds 90 cm.

All bedrooms are available at the first and second floor. The house is suitable for 2-4 families or for you who appreciates a spacious dwelling.

In total 15 berths in the main house together with 4 berths in the Wing, which also has a bathroom.
