Cottage in Bohuslan on the Swedish West coast

This old and charming cottage is located on the West Coast of Sweden, on the island Orust in the Bohuslän region.

The area is peaceful and beautiful with mixed woodland, pastures
and meadows. The small gravel road ends a few hundred meters further in and has almost no traffic. Wildlife such as elk, deer and fox are frequently seen from the house. From the cliff just behind the cottage there is an extensive view over the sea and surroundings. From here a twenty minute walk through the forest will take you to the sea where you can go swimming. Plenty of other places for swimming are accessible by car or bicycle. The Allmag golf course is located three kilometers to the south. The city of Göteborg is only 70 kilometers away, with amusement park, museums and other urban attractions.

The house has a kitchen with electric cooker, sink,
fridge and freezer, a dining place for four as well as an old wood-burning stove (not in use). The living room has corner sofa bed, a bunk bed and tv/dvd, and the bedroom has a double bed. The small bathroom has water toilet and shower. In the big garden, you will find a charcoal grill and garden furniture.

In addition to the cottage, the big property has another residential building, a barn and a shed.
