you have sun in the morning. Located On Selaön, Ytterselö, 15 km from Mariefred. The house is
located at Eknäs bay, Lake Mälaren. Bathing 100M (is three families share the beach area), garden
furniture and barbecue.

The house has a double bed at one bedroom and a then a loft with two beds. There are also two
extra beds which you can fold out if needed. The bathroom has a shower and luxurious amenities.
The house is run by geothermal heat. Modern kitchen and under floor heating all over the house.
The house has WIFI and TV.

Beautiful Nature with excellent mushroom and berry fields. Signposted cycle routes, archaeological
sites, burial sites and beautiful Mälsåker castle. Ice skating or cross-country skiing in winter. Or why
not just enjoy the silence, light a fire and a glass of wine by the fireplace!

In Stallarholmen (7km) is supermarket, daily fresh bakery with sourdough bread, coffee shop
and auction as well as district nurse and doctor is located in the yellow industrial building. The
quaint summer idyll Mariefred (15 miles) are shopping, Gripsholm, steamtrain and so on.
