Omfamnad av hagar, besesmarker och skog i vackra Västergötland kan du andas ut och njuta av lugnet i en lantlig idyll utan grannar som stör. I denna nyrenoverade stuga på två plan har vi behållit husets själ, men varsamt uppgraderat med moderna bekvämligheter. Pärlspont, linoljefärg och tidstypiska detaljer finner du genomgående. Spröjsade fönster, ljus matsal i punchveranda där rosa mårbackapelargoner fyller fönsterbänkarna ger en perfekt plats för samvaro och goda måltider tillagade av lokalproducerade råvaror. Två sovrum med dubbelsäng, ett sovrum med sovalkov och två sovalkover med förhänge i övre hallen. Sängarna är nya och sköna, kuddar, täcken, fräscha lakan och handdukar av god kvalitet ingår. Poolen är uppvärmd och saltvattensystemet ser till att vattnet är rent och klart. Om man vill bada i sjön ligger flera fina badplatser på cykelavstånd. 4 cyklar ingår i priset. De svenska ljusa sommarnätterna kan ibland vara för ljusa för somliga- då finns rullgardiner för mörkläggning att dra ner i alla sovrum. Huset har wifi som även fungerar utomhus. I vardagsrummet finns två stora soffor och en smart-tv. Behöver man dra sig undan och jobba finns ett litet skrivbord i ett av sovrummen. I det större badrummet på övervåningen finns förutom dusch och toalett, handdukstork, hårtork, tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Materialvalen är exklusiva såsom marmorskivor och victorianska klinkergolv. I hagarna runt gården betar värdfamiljens får för att hålla landskapet öppet. Närmsta granne (värdfamiljens gård) ligger 300 meter uppåt grusvägen. Där finns en tennisbana (plexipave), en timme speltid per dag ingår utan extra kostnad i hyran. Det finns gott om utflyktsmål - i närområdet erbjuder ett flertal lokala gårdsbutiker allt från grönsaker, kött, blommor, inredning och underbart god choklad. Se . Inom 30 minuter med bil ligger två golfbanor och småstäderna Ulricehamn, Herrljunga och Falköping, som alla har något extra att bidra med, t ex har Herrljunga Cider sin gårdsbutik och i Falköping ligger en fin ost och delikatessbutik. I lilla orten Limmared kan den loppisintresserade få sitt lystmäte mättat. Dryga timmen bort kanske Göteborg med sitt stadsliv och Liseberg lockar som ett utflyktsmål. 4 cyklar samt hjälmar ingår.
Värdens boende ligger 300 meter uppåt vägen, där finns en tennisbana (flexipave) som gästen kan disponera 1 tim per dag inkluderat i hyran. Vilken tidpunkt överenskommes med värden.

Bytesdag lördag för veckovisa uthyrningar, flexibelt lågsäsong. Incheckning från kl 15, utcheckning kl 10.

Mobildekning – Mostly good, but it can be worse at times. Therefore, it is recommended to connect the phone to Wi-Fi calling.
Separerte soverom – Two bedrooms with double beds (one on the ground floor with a view of the countryside and one on the upper floor with a view of the pool and courtyard), an additional bedroom with a sleeping alcove on the upper floor, and two sleeping alcoves with curtains in the upper hallway. The beds are new and comfortable, pillows, duvets, fresh linens, and towels of good quality are included, as well as cleaning.
TV – In the living room, there are two large sofas and a 48-inch smart TV where you can log in to your own Netflix subscription or similar services.
Utendørsmøbler – There is a dining area for 7 people outdoors, sun loungers for 7 people around the pool, and a rattan armchair under the apple tree.

Baderomsfasiliteter

Basseng – The pool is 3.5x7 meters and has a salt chlorinator, which means the water tastes salty and is soft and pleasant for the skin. The salt chlorinator, located in the technical room, is automatic and detects exactly how much chlorine is needed to keep the water clean. The long side of the pool is perfectly positioned in a south-facing location. There are 7 sun loungers and two parasols placed by the poolside. The pool is exclusively for guests. We typically maintain the pool temperature between 26-28 degrees Celsius. There is a pool cover that must be kept closed when the pool is not in use, for safety reasons. There are lights in the pool walls, so in the evening, they illuminate beautifully.
Dusj – The house has two showers, one in the larger bathroom on the upper floor and a smaller one in the smaller bathroom on the ground floor. The upper bathroom also has a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The countertop in that bathroom is made of marble (which is sensitive to stains – so please be careful) but is very beautiful.
Toalett – There are two toilets, one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor.
Vaskemaskin – There is both a washing machine and a tumble dryer, both from Bosch, 3 years old.

Fisking – Sämsjön has a good variety of fish. A fishing permit is required and can be purchased at the local gas station. Fishing is possible from the shore.
Fotballbane – There are large grassy areas adjacent to the house.
Golf – There are two golf courses within 30 minutes by car: Herrljunga Golf Club and Ulricehamn Golf Club.
Minigolf – There is a small mini golf course next to the nearest grocery store (about 2 kilometer away).
Riding – We can recommend Stålarp Icelandic Horses, located 15 minutes away by car. It is a very nice stable with friendly horses and a skilled owner who has won awards for her excellent business. Visit www.stalarp.se for more information if you're interested. She offers, among other things, various types of trail riding in beautiful surroundings.
Sykkelleie – There are 4 bicycles in like-new condition available to borrow.
Temperert bad – The pool is heated to at least 26 degrees in July, August, and September.
Tennis – The landlord is the only neighbor and is located about 300 meters up the gravel road that connects the properties. There is a tennis court (plexipave) that you can borrow for 1 hour per day during your stay, if interested. Times are agreed upon in consultation with the landlord.
Turstier – Hike in forest nature, meadows, and ancient cultural landscapes. In total, there are nearly 13 miles of hiking trails/fitness paths, with the shortest being 1.3 km and the longest 13 km. There is also a pilgrimage trail that is 47.5 km long in its entirety. For more information, refer to the websites of Herrljunga and Ulricehamn municipalities.
Utendørs svømmefasiliteter (strand) – Northern Sämbadet For those who want large grassy areas, access to camping, and a café in the summer, Northern Sämbadet is the perfect choice. The campsite has a beach volleyball court. There are also changing cabins, a barbecue area, two piers, as well as dry toilets and trash bins available. Ollestadsbadet An idyllic outdoor swimming area in Ollestad! It is well-suited for a walk along the point to enjoy the nature. There is access to a barbecue area, a lawn, and dry toilets. Mollasjön Swimming Area A scenic swimming area by the lake in Molla. There is a small beach and piers set up during the summer. Some picnic tables are available where you can enjoy your packed lunch. Jämnesjön Swimming Area For those who want to combine swimming and hiking, the Jämnesjön swimming area, located in Eggvena, is by several hiking trails. The swimming area is by a large stone slab and has a small sandy beach. There is a barbecue area, and in the summer, a pier is also available. Stensjön Swimming Area Stensjön is located along the road between Molla and Od. Here, there is a cozy and scenic swimming area with some benches and tables set up, as well as a barbecue spot. From the swimming area’s parking lot, you can also reach the Fluxfallsleden trail that goes around Stensjön, where you pass a lookout point and the upper part of Fluxfallet.
