Nice cottage at Tjörn, close to Skärhamn

Welcome to this nicely situated cottage in the Bohuslän archipelago!

From the cottage it is only 1000m to the sea in the west, and double the distance to Skärhamn and the Nordic Watercolor Museum. The area is quiet, and here you can sunbathe and enjoy the holiday on the large balcony.

Accommodation:
The cottage is sheltered behind a mountain and is spacious and bright. The balcony has plenty of evening sun, and here the evenings can be spent with advantage. There is a large bedroom with a proper double bed, and there is a single bed located in the living room. There is also a floor mattress that can be used by a fourth person. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge and freezer, stove, oven, micro and a small dining table with chairs. The bathroom is, in addition to the shower, also equipped with a washing machine.

The area:
It is only a few kilometers to the resort of Skärhamn. A bit further south you find idyllic Klädesholmen and scenic Dyrön, which are both worth a visit! Bohuslän was ranked, in 2014, as the world's seventh most beautiful wilderness area and Tjörn has on a relatively small geographical area a fantastic range of spectacular outdoor experiences. Here you will find kayaking and fishing in world class, bathing areas, and long and beautiful hiking and bike trails. For the golfer there are good opportunities nearby, including Tjörns Golfklubb.

Getting here:
Here you can easily get your own car, parking is available on the property. The owners of the home have their home on the same plot, but one is left undisturbed if desired. Buses to Skärhamn run regularly from Stenungsund.

Downpayment is used.
20% of the rent is to be paid at the time of the booking. The remainder is payable 60 days prior to arrival.

A deposit of SEK 2500 is payable in connection with the final payment, and is recovered shortly after check-out, provided that the cottage is left in a good condition.

Check-out/check-in: Sundays.
Check-out before 11:00, and check-in at 15:00 or later, unless agreed differently.

The cottage is only rented to attentive guests (references may be requested).
