This charming old farmhouse from 1860 is situated at a big plot of land by the sea with your own jetty, sauna and rowing boat.
You have a large lawn surrounding the house.

You can enjoy the surrounding Stockholm area (40 minutes by car to Stockholm center) and the little town of Nynashamn, by the sea. There you can take ferryboats to the outer archipelago of Stockholm.
You can play golf at a 27 hole course, 7 km.
Youll have 4 separate bedrooms and one bathroom.
The house is situated on an ireland with ancillary roads.
