Red Cotage for 4 persons on the center of Utö

Ideally situated in the heart of Utö you find this 60 sqm two story red cottage named
"Rådjursbacken" with all comforts. Around the outsides of the cotage is the terrace
facing both west and north with a glimps of the sea. On the bottom floor you´ll have
the kitchenarea with diswasher, stowe, oven, microwaveoven, fridge and freezer. The
loungearea with TV and cozy fireplace. Also on the first floor is the bathroom with
shower, toilet and washing machine.
2 bedrooms on the upper floor with 2 beds in each.

Cot available. Sheets are not included, but you can rent. Tell us before. Pets allowed
tell us before. A ed number of bicycles are available free of charge.
The cottage is fit for winterhabitation so why not experience the spring or winter on
this beautiful island.

Directions:
From Årsta Havsbad with Utörederi (ferry) to spränga brygga or strömkajen in
Stockholm (this ferry only goes to Gruvbryggan 2,7km from the cottage). Also
available ferry from Nynäshamn to Ålö with bridge connection Utö (over 10km to
the cotage).
The place for disembarktion closest to the cottage is Sprängabrygga, With Spränga
kiosk. After disembarktion follow the road to the left. folow it for about 250m. On a
small hill take a right and continue uphill for about 100m. Here the roads forks
again and on the right side you find the cotage "Rådjursbacken".
