A house, farmhouse and a private rose garden at the heart of Visby. Situated 50 mts from the sea in the north-west part of the inner city, around the corner is Almedalen, Botanical garden, the sea, restaurants, and shopping. A total of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The estate has a beautiful rose garden with furniture and a grill.
The dwelling is of about 90m² with 2 bedrooms on the first floor together with living room, bathroom, and dining room on the ground floor. The standard is consistently high. There is also a guest house on the plot.
The guest house is of 25m² with a bedroom (2 single beds), living room with a pantry together with a bathroom (shower and WC).
The property is surrounded by a high stone wall which provides good privacy. Entrance/gates from both Specksgränd and Rostockergränd.
We are careful about our property and only rent to families or groups of older adults. Not for party gangs.
